Technical Experience/ Expertise

Among the promoters and employees, a few have
solid 18 years ‘to till now factory experience as Admin & factory Manager, technical
manager, fitting manager, merchandising manager and quality control. They know
the sample making and buyer approval for products in production with following
the garments making process. The company will use following machinery and
equipment for production of garments.

Manufacturing process in woven & Knitting fabrics, different types of color and design are available in the open market. It may be sourced in local market or imported from China, India, Singapore and other countries. In general, after receive the fabric we follow all the technical issues before production and it has to be maintained properly & strictly by our technical expertise, same as we go through with knitted & woven products.

We submit samples of each product as per client’s requirements. If there are style differences, such as color or design, we are pleased to include detailed product information conveying these options. We do request our clients send detailed product literature that includes the specifications and illustrations/photographs of products, to help us in our production

Quality Assurance

We maintain international AQL standard requirements from the yarn weaving, fabric stages to finish product. All our highly professional quality control personal will ensure that all production run in accordance to AQL standard in order to eliminate any dissatisfaction and save you money and time. Please note during production our QC personnel always stationed at manufacturing sites.

We conduct quality control on all sizes and colours at three stages:

  1. At the initial input stage
  2. When 5% to 50% of the order has been completed
  3. Random check done at the packing stage.

Laboratory Test

Laboratory is included in our services it also helps the manufacture and exporters to conduct their business with low quality risk.

Our Laboratory services contain:
• Fabric: Construction particulars (counts, constructions and weight), Strength, Measurement and Seam performances.
• Analysis: Flammability, Dimensional Stability (Shrinkage) to washing
/ dry cleaning, Appearance after washing /dry cleaning, Fibber analysis, etc.
• Color Fastness: Color fastness to washing, Perspiration, Light, Rubbing test, Bleaching, Dry cleaning, Organic Solvents, Hot pressing, etc. Dyes & Pigment tests are also carried out.

Garment: Dimensional Stability to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing / dry cleaning is tested.
